New Class Starting 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆

at Gorthleck Hall - 7.00pm

Do you want to:

* improve the condition of your heart and lungs.

* increase muscular strength, endurance and your motor fitness.

* increase aerobic fitness.

* improve your muscle tone and strength.

* lose weight or just manage it.

* get stronger bones and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

* develop better coordination, agility and flexibility

* release your endorphins to help reduce stress and improve your sense of well-being.

If the answer is YES, then why not come along. We start with 45 minutes of dancing to a good range of music which includes current hits, past hits and world wide music from meringue, salsa hip hop and rumba…just like in Zumba!

It’s not about whether you can dance or have coordination, it’s about having fun with like minded people and leaving your inhibitions at the door

We then move on to doing 30 minutes of toning combined with some Pilates and stretching but, this section is optional so if you don’t want to stay you don’t have to.

£6.50 for both sessions

or split £4.00/£3.50 respectively

Make sure you’re wearing trainers, comfortable clothing to exercise in & bring some water.
