I'm Peter and have now lived in the area for thirteen years. In my working life I was a Chartered Surveyor, dealing with Commercial Property in the Private, Public and Third Sectors. My hobbies include cooking and gardening and I'm a big sports fan, particularly Rugby. I have been on the Board of Directors before, for a period of seven years, and having had some time away, decided to see if I could help again. My past experience has been useful, but ,most importantly, I can bring enthusiasm and a real desire to "get things done".  This Community has some wonderful opportunities and the ability and resources to make them a reality.  So, I would ask that whilst I know it is easy to sit and criticise, try to be positive and to help out with your ideas, experience and maybe, a little time. After all, the funds we have aren't called "Community" Benefit for no reason - they're your funds and you need to help spend them wisely and efficiently for all our benefit!
