The Trust provides a number of different types of Grants for Community Groups and Residents.

For group grants over £25,000 view our Large Group Grants page.

For grants for Constituted Community Groups up to £25,000 view our Medium Group Grants page.

Non-Constituted Groups looking for grants up to £1,000 for Community Benefit should see our Small Group Grants page.

Student Grants are available to residents undertaking a further or higher education course or training.

Sporting and Excellence Grants are available for anyone competing at National or Championship level or participating in a recognised training camp as trainees.

In cases of hardship The Knockie Fund may be able to assist.

Grant Board Meeting Dates:

• 11th December 2024
• 5th February 2025
• 2nd April 2025
• 4th June 2025
• 6th August 2025
• 1st October 2025
• 3rd December 2025

There is a two-month cycle.  Completed applications received by the above closing dates will be assessed during month 1 and considered by the Board on month 2.  For example, Grant applications submitted by 21st June 2025 will then be brought to the Board for considertion at August's Board meeting.
